The main national parks particularly Plitvice Lakes, Krka Waterfalls, Kornati Islands and Paklenica Canyon are also nearby. Zadar Airport is about 25 km away.

The house has 34 rooms in the east and west wings, comprising of double rooms, triple rooms, four bedrooms and family rooms. All rooms are equipped with bathrooms/shower and balcony with sea view.
